The Biggest Loser Resort program runs in one week increments from Sunday to Sunday and begins upon check-in where you will be given a workbook describing our methods, activities, schedule of events, mealtimes, and a large section for taking notes. Daily routines are tentative and may have some seasonal changes, but the core-concepts remain the same. Regardless of which of our resorts you decide to stay at, you will learn the skills needed to live a healthier and happier life.
You won’t just attend our program, you will be completely immersed and live the program so you will achieve your goals! The week follows a schedule of daily routines where each of the five pillars of our program are exercised daily.
