Our weight loss program utilizes a mixture of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. In our experience this is a component of our program that people are most nervous about because they feel they are out of shape and worried they cannot keep up. At The Biggest Loser Resort Niagara our fitness sessions will be challenging, lots of fun and tailored to your fitness level.

Healthy Eating and Nutrition
You may be under the impression that healthy eating means the food is going to be bland and boring. On the contrary, the food is one of the highlights of our weight loss program. The food plan has been developed as a gentle detox and modified elimination of artificial sweeteners, food additives and preservatives, caffeine and alcohol. You will be consuming organic, whole, nutrient rich, unprocessed foods from organic, non-GMO local sources that will fuel your body without the high calorie intake.

The Biggest Loser Resort Niagara program runs in one week increments from Sunday to Sunday and begins upon check-in where you will be given a workbook describing our methods, activities, schedule of events, mealtimes, and a large section for taking notes. Daily routines are tentative and may have some seasonal changes, but the core-concepts remain the same. You will learn the skills needed to live a healthier and happier life.
You won’t just attend our weight loss program, you will be completely immersed and live the program so you will achieve your goals! The week follows a schedule of daily routines where each of the five pillars of our weight loss program are practiced daily.
