Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe


Serves 10: Serving size 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

– 15 ounces canned garbanzo beans, organic, drained
– 3/4 cup roasted red peppers
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 2 ounces extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Pureé until smooth.

Serve chilled with fresh vegetables of your choice.
